Wow- There are “music videos” and then there are visual works of art that incorporate music. This new clip from Lana Cenčić is the latter. Taken from her new album Sama & featuring wonderful musical contributions from David Torn, Lana has this to say about the track, “Layers Leaving”:

“Layers Leaving is about the huge potential of transformation we humans possess. But to transform one must dig deep and be willing to let go of old identities and be courageous to embrace the unknown.
With each time I am able to become soft and vulnerable in the face of my ego wanting to build a wall and protect itself. I am shedding another layer of my false self!”
